The object of the company is the production, procurement and distribution of pumps, pump systems, controls and accessories in pure water technology, wastewater technology, industry and plant construction. As well as advice and service in these areas. The collection, processing and use of data takes place for the purpose of the aforementioned purposes.

5. Description of the group of persons concerned and the related data or data categories:

Customer data, employee data as well as data from suppliers, if these are necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes stated under 4. above.

6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data can be communicated with:

Public authorities in the case of priority legal provisions, external contractors in accordance with §11 BDSG as well as external agencies and internal departments of Herborner Pumpentechnik GmbH & Co KG for the fulfillment of the purposes stated under 4. above.

The legislature has issued a variety of storage obligations and deadlines. After expiration of these deadlines, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted. If data are not affected by this, they will be deleted if the purposes stated under 4. omitted.
